Have you ever done a reading for someone who doesn't seem to be on
the same planet as you? Have you been to a reading and realized 30
minutes into it that you haven't understood a single thing the reader
has said? Would you like a (partial) answer to this puzzling
phenomenon?

Come hear Nancy Smith at the next Dallas Divination Meetup. She will
attempt to explain how your personality type will interact with both
your clients and your personal information givers; why certain
people, with the best of good-will cannot seem to get along; and what
the dominant personality types are for Diviners and Divinees. And
many other observations of even greater whimsy, in less than 30
minutes.

It might make the talk more interesting if you have taken the
Myers-Briggs test, the Wheelwright test; or the Keirsey personality
profile. The basic test at www.keirsey.com is free. I like Keirsey's
approach. If you don't want to take a test, you should be able to
recognize your type after about 10 minutes on Sunday.

Nancy has lectured and taught on many topics, including Viking
Culture; Computer Graphics; Shamanism; Ancient Egyptian Magic and
Culture; Runes and Art; and World Religions. She has a Ph.D. from
SMU in Philosophy of Religion and a B.A. from Rice University in
English and Psychology, and she collects odd religious beliefs.

Wow! I learn so much at these meetups! I'm going to have to get a binder so I can keep all my notes together. Ben and Jennifer really put together quality information and present it in a fun, interactive, and professional manner. My sister was a first-timer and she found the meeting really interesting and enjoyed the group. The personality types was a REALLY cool topic, especially since you can apply it to any situation in which you interact with other people, and it also tells you about yourself. Love you people!
    •  Nancy did a great job and gave me a lot to think about!
    •  This really helped clarify how to read for different personality types. Great insights!

This is such a great group, like 3 meetups in one! I learn so much each time. it always inspires me to go home and do more research. I love the readings and dinner with everyone afterward!
